Every service below is delivered by video, by a named clinician, in the states where we hold licensure. What each visit includes and what it costs is written here — you should not have to call to find out.

What we provide

Each visit has a defined length, a defined price, and a written document at the end of it.

Initial neurological consultation

$500

A long, unhurried first visit by video: full history, medication and vascular review, and a structured neurological evaluation adapted for telehealth.

  • Written intake read by a clinician before the call
  • Structured history: symptoms, sleep, vascular and metabolic risk
  • Telehealth neurological examination
  • Cognitive screening where the history warrants it
  • A written summary of findings and next steps

Comprehensive brain-health assessment

$1,500

A deeper evaluation across the five NEURO domains together with your medical workup, ending in one written plan you can act on and share.

  • Extended cognitive assessment where indicated
  • Review of labs and imaging you already have
  • Orders for the labs or imaging your presentation warrants
  • A NEURO plan across nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep and cognition
  • A plan document written in plain language for you and your other clinicians

Follow-up visit

$250

Scheduled review of what changed: symptoms, adherence, new results, and revision of medical treatment and lifestyle targets.

  • Review of measurable targets set at the previous visit
  • Interpretation of new labs, imaging or sleep testing
  • Medication adjustment and deprescribing review
  • Revised written plan after each visit

Second opinion and record review

$500

You already have a diagnosis and a plan, and want a neurologist to read the whole record and tell you plainly whether it holds up.

  • Review of prior notes, imaging reports and laboratory results
  • A clear statement of where we agree and where we differ
  • Questions to bring back to your treating clinician

Ongoing condition care

Billed per visit

Continuing telehealth care for memory change, headache, sleep disorders, neuropathy, tremor, post-concussion symptoms, long COVID and stroke recovery.

  • Longitudinal follow-up with the same clinician
  • Coordination letters to your primary care clinician
  • Referral to local in-person services when a visit must be physical

Caregiver and family visit

$250

A visit built for the person doing the caring: what the diagnosis means, what to expect next, and what actually helps at home.

  • Plain-language explanation of the diagnosis and trajectory
  • Practical guidance for daily routines, sleep and safety
  • Written material you can keep and re-read

What we do not do

Knowing the limits before you book is part of the care. If any of these matter to you, a local in-person neurologist is the better choice, and we will say so.

We are telehealth only. There is no clinic to walk into, no imaging suite, and no sleep laboratory.

Labs, MRI, sleep studies and neuropsychological testing are ordered by us and performed near you, and are billed by that facility, not by us.

We do not manage acute emergencies. Sudden weakness, speech change, vision loss, worst-ever headache or seizure means calling 911.

We do not run clinical trials and we do not enroll patients in research.

Controlled-substance prescribing by telehealth is limited by state and federal rules, and some medications cannot be started remotely.

Before you book, three things to know

Where we can see you
Telehealth only, in the eight states where our clinicians hold licensure: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Virginia.
How payment works
Out-of-network and cash-pay. We do not participate in Medicare or bill commercial insurance. You receive a superbill to submit yourself, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
What it costs
Initial neurological consultation $500. Follow-up visit $250. Comprehensive brain-health assessment $1,500. Prices are published, not quoted.

Not sure which visit you need?

Start with the initial consultation. If a comprehensive assessment is the better fit, we will tell you on that call and credit nothing you did not need.
