What care costs, published rather than quoted
We are a cash-pay telehealth practice. You will know the price of every visit before you book it, and there is no third party deciding how long your appointment gets to be.

- Full neurological history taken by a physician, not a questionnaire
- Structured telehealth neurological examination
- Review of records, imaging, and labs you already have
- A written impression and plan you can read and keep

- Follow-up visit
- 30–45 minutes, by telehealth
- Review of what changed since the last visit
- Adjustments to medication and the NEURO lifestyle plan
- Interpretation of any new testing
- An updated written plan

- Comprehensive brain-health assessment
- Multi-part, across several appointments
- Cognitive testing interpreted by a neurologist
- Risk review across the five NEURO domains
- Guidance on which biomarkers or imaging are worth ordering
- A long-form written brain-health plan

How payment works
No insurance billing
We are out-of-network and do not bill commercial insurance. We do not participate in Medicare.
You get a superbill
After each visit we provide an itemized superbill you can submit to your plan yourself. Whether they reimburse is between you and your plan.
Cards, HSA and FSA
Payment is due at the time of the visit. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Care is telehealth only, in the eight states where our clinicians hold licensure: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Virginia. Testing ordered through outside labs or imaging centers is billed by those facilities, not by us.
